Fitted with very little modification to the existing fit

I had a really bad friction tuner on my 5th string for the longest time. It was getting to the point where it was unusable. Finally got around to replacing it and I found that this one did the trick, and I don't have to worry about really delicate movements setting everything out of tune anymore. Good price, nothing fancy, but reliable.

This is my go to brand of tuners. I dozens per year. Plating and mechanisms are very good along with a nice selection of buttons. Be sure you do not pound directly in the button or the post when installing or you will break/jam the tuner. Get yourself a thread spool or a block of wood with a hole and put it over the post for protection. -Companion Banjos

Purchased these tuners to replace the old frozen ones on a banjo that I'm restoring. Nothing fancy just a good little parking lot banjo and now I don't have to think about the tuners...they just as it should be.
